Responsibilities:

Design instructional materials, resources, and activities to facilitate effective learning experiences.
Assess participants' learning needs and customize lesson plans accordingly to ensure comprehension and skill development.
Provide individualized support and guidance to participants, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among participants.
Monitor participants' progress and performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement as needed.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital literacy education to enhance program content and delivery.
Collaborate with program coordinators and other team members to coordinate schedules, logistics, and program evaluation efforts.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant data to track program outcomes and effectiveness.
Adhere to program policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching or training individuals in digital literacy skills, preferably in a community or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for empowering others through education.
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying learning styles, preferences, and needs of participants.
Commitment to promoting digital inclusion and bridging the digital divide through education and advocacy.
