Collections Manager

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Achieving target of ROCs and regularizing for future payments.
  • Collecting and regularizing overdue cases by adhering to US laws
  • Resolving any collectionrelated concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
  • Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow with critical/complex customers to identify reasons for defaulting.
  • Preparing weekly/ monthly MIS reports.
  • Soft collection calling and reminder calling to customers informing about due payment due and mode of payment available for payment.

Skill Required:


  • Any Graduate with 34 Years of Experience in Collections
  • Strong Collections & Credit Experience
  • Analytical Ability
  • Strong Results Orientation
  • Persuasion and Judgment Skills.

Salary:
₹10, ₹35,195.93 per month


Schedule:

  • US shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
