Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership to the academic team, setting high standards for teaching and learning in line with JEE, NEET and MHT CET requirements.

Develop and implement a comprehensive academic plan that aligns with the curricular and examination needs of JEE, NEET and MHT CET.

Regularly review and update the curriculum to ensure relevance and alignment with the latest exam trends.

Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to enhance academic outcomes.

Student Support and Welfare:

Foster a nurturing and supportive residential environment that promotes holistic student development.

Develop and oversee a system of academic counseling, mentoring, and support to ensure the well-being and academic progress of each student.

Encourage and facilitate extracurricular activities that enhance students' soft skills, personal growth, and overall development.

Faculty Management:

Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for faculty to keep them updated with the latest teaching methodologies and content.

Parent and Community Engagement:

Maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and the college's academic initiatives.

Collaborate with parents, alumni, and community members to build a strong support network for the institution.

Operational Management:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the residential college, including administration, facilities, and resources.

Develop and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals for the institution's growth and improvement in alignment with JEE, NEET and MHT CET excellence.

Monitor and report progress towards these goals, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field of study.

Prior experience of handling Junior College is mandatory.

Strong understanding of the JEE, NEET and MHT CET examination patterns, content, and preparation strategies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team of educators.

Dedication to student success and holistic development.

Innovative mindset with a willingness to adapt to evolving educational trends.

Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning.

We are providing family accommodation for the Principal on the Campus.

Salary:
₹90, ₹130,000.00 per month
