  • Manpower Handling:
  • Proper job distribution of manpower (operators/labour) for plant activities and as per shift planning
  • Supervising the team and providing them with technical support and training
  • Shift Handling:
  • Smooth running of Plant by maintaining process and quality control parameter to produce product as per specification
  • Maintenance of all records up to date (i.e Shift log book, log sheets etc )
  • Informing to Shift In charge for any abnormality observed
  • Properly and timely addressing the breakdown (Process/Mechanical/Electrical/Instruments)
  • Maintaining safety, health &environment in working area.
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping in the work area
  • Maintaining proper material in flow, storage and outflow
  • Responsible for ensuring OH & SMS related aspects in the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan
