Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Control, maintain and manage kitchen inventory and food supplies.
  • Support and facilitate control on food cost.
  • Develop and maintain professional relations with vendor.
  • Supervision other cooks and helpers directly including to schedule and ensure adequate coverage of cooks for food preparation.
  • Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
  • Know how to Punch and Match K.O.T with the food.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
