Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable services.
- Provide service knowledge and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Service Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of services.
- Conduct service demonstrations and explain service specifications.
- Address customer queries and concerns with confidence and accuracy.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Service Promotion and Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services within the retail space.
- Create compelling promotional materials and displays to attract customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customerfacing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and awareness of market trends.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
