Roles and responsibilities

Produce, edit, and color grade videos for social media posts, reels, stories, and YouTube content for client channels.
Create captivating motion graphics and graphics to enhance video content and engage audiences across various social media platforms.
Manage a high volume of videos with quick turnaround times, ensuring quality and consistency.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to inform content creation strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and execute video content that aligns with client objectives and brand identity.
Utilize Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to edit and enhance video and motion graphic elements.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction with the final deliverables.
Maintain organized file management systems and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Provide input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and improve video content quality.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project workflow.

Requirements:

2+ years of shortform copywriting for an ad agency/fast paced work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in video production, editing, color grading, and motion graphics creation.
Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visual stories for social media platforms.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight- Experience in social media marketing and digital advertising is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Pay:
Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
