Responsibilities_
This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will monitor the process of supplies' delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement which include:
_
- _Req to PO knowledge - should have knowledge of Invoice processing, Issue resolution,_
- _Good Communication skills - should be able to handle conversation with clients_
- _Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel_
- _Invoice processing

Processing of PO and non Purchase order invoices_

- _Basic accounting skills

Knowledge of basics of accounting (golden rue of accounting and journal entries)_

- _Analyzing order trend of customer and raise flag if any discrepancy_
- _MIS reports & Dashboard creation_
- _Knowledge on reading contract to understand various clauses_
- _Understanding of invoice hold and follow ups (preferred)_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _University graduate_
- _Advanced French language skills_
- _Good communication skills_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Prior experience in AP _
