Responsibilities:

To facilitate anchoring and implementing CSR initiatives as envisaged and ensure smooth implementation of activities and services, in line with the approved budget proposals

  • Identification of Social and Economic development Plans at KGD6 community level
  • Implementation of envisaged CSR activities
  • Liaoning with District and State authorities for getting necessary approvals
  • Maintaining relationship with various state related regulatory authorities
  • To sensitise the communities on the company's mission in uplifting and improving standards of living and bring about positive perceptions towards organization
  • Efforts on Social Inclusion through CSR and through other stake holders
  • Ensuring continuous interaction with the beneficiaries for ascertaining the accrual of benefits to the target population
  • Give inputs for preparation of budgets in line with the company's CSR philosophy and JV partners CSR policies
  • Implementation of all social intervention activities to achieve its stated objectives
  • CSR budgeting and Planning timely submission of inputs for budget approval by March for ensuing financial year.

Education Requirement:


  • Degree with MA Social Work or MBA
  • Knowledge of local language essential

Experience Requirement:


  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong orientation towards Community development
  • Knowledge of local traditions and systems
  • Liaising skills with multistakeholders, NGOs, Government Agencies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
