Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, submission, interview set up, and final placements.
- Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
- Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.
- Submitting quality consultants to Onsite Teams with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into placements.
- Good understanding of both domainbased and technologybased recruiting.
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Rangareddy , Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
