Description

Experience: 1-2 years experience in university/college environment, in admissions/ registration or student services preferred.

Responsibilities:

Converting leads into admissions.

Provide pre admission counseling and advise the students regarding admission process.
Follow up and closure of leads.
Assist students during the Admissions process
Participate in the Admissions event(s) when necessary
Handling queries over telephone.
Calling on given leads.
Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
Directly responsible to achieve the targets for new enrolments
Create and submit the MIS Reports
Maintain confidentiality of data.
Generate walkins from telephonic lead, leads from other sources and referrals.
