Experience:


  • Total experience:
  • 8 years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 45 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficient in barrelated software.

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar, including inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation.
  • Develop and implement effective bar operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Create and update beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection to meet customer preferences.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of service and events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and innovations in beverage management.

Requirements:


  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient in pointofsale (POS) systems and barrelated software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
