Description

  • Minimum Qualification: Should be a graduate (from any stream)
At least 2 yrs of experience of working in a US voice process. (If the experience is order processing that will be an advantage). Should have the ability to handle a minimum of 50 calls (inbound/outbound) daily.

Should be willing to work in Night Shifts

Should be able to work independently without minimum supervision.

Should be fluent in English communication (written & oral).

Should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Should suggest process improvement ideas

Should suggest process improvement ideas

Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce will be an added advantage)
