The following is the job description for Inside Sales Executive:


Basic Responsibilities:


  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Answering potential customers' questions & queries
  • Keeping up with product information.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:


  • Graduate in any stream
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in outbound calling
  • Keen interest in sales as a profession
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills

Salary: 25,000 p.m. + Incentives
