We provide innovative online and offline learning solutions that empower students. And we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graphic Designer to join our Delhi & Jaipur Team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and create captivating promotional media images, banners, and visual content to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver highquality graphics that align with our brand guidelines and aesthetics.
Utilize your video editing skills to create compelling multimedia content, including short promotional videos, social media clips, and motion/animations.
Keep up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuously improve and innovate our visual assets.
Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas that resonate with our target audience and communicate the brand message effectively.

Qualifications:

12 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on both soft skills in video editing and solid graphic design skills.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software (

Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant tools.

A rich portfolio showcasing your past design and video editing projects, demonstrating your creativity and ability to bring ideas to life.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition to create visually compelling designs.
Proven experience in crafting promotional media, banners, social media visuals, and other marketing collaterals.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to adhere to brand guidelines while infusing innovative design elements.
Excellent communication skills, as you will be collaborating with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver outstanding results.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
A passion for design, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
