- Head of the sales has the primary role of leading the sales wing & overseeing sales activities
- Training and monitoring the team to get the best out of them.
- End to end lead management and lead analysis
- Handling the final counselling of prospective students and helping them in decision making to a particular course and successful conversion to admission.
- Planning and execution of campus tours for parents and students
- Handling and monitoring the end to end admission process, collection of documents, preliminary verification of documents, eligibility check and issuing admission letter and loan documents once admission is completed
- Maintain regular communication with parents & students even after the admission and takes feedbacks and connect with various departments if they have any concerns.
- Maintain a less attrition rate
- Handling the end to end admission process, collecting documents, eligibility checks and issuing admission letter and loan documents
- Planning and execution of end to end reporting process.
- Maintaining EOD, EOW, & Monthly reports regarding the sales activities & admissions and reporting the same to Director Admission & Executive Director
