Head of the sales has the primary role of leading the sales wing & overseeing sales activities
Training and monitoring the team to get the best out of them.
End to end lead management and lead analysis
Handling the final counselling of prospective students and helping them in decision making to a particular course and successful conversion to admission.
Planning and execution of campus tours for parents and students
Handling and monitoring the end to end admission process, collection of documents, preliminary verification of documents, eligibility check and issuing admission letter and loan documents once admission is completed
Maintain regular communication with parents & students even after the admission and takes feedbacks and connect with various departments if they have any concerns.
Maintain a less attrition rate
Handling the end to end admission process, collecting documents, eligibility checks and issuing admission letter and loan documents
Planning and execution of end to end reporting process.
Maintaining EOD, EOW, & Monthly reports regarding the sales activities & admissions and reporting the same to Director Admission & Executive Director
