Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems reported by endusers and resolve them in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Ensure network connectivity and resolve any networkrelated issues.
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
Stay uptodate with the latest security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and user support requests.
Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of
2 years of experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in administering Windows and/or Linuxbased systems.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is desirable.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
