Description
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the property and common areas.

  • Monitor day to day Maintenance and Operation in the facility which includes House Keeping issues with proper follow up with the Property Manager.
  • Manpower Planning, Attendance monitoring and regularization.
  • Support in Budget Preparation.
  • Clients Interaction.
  • Focus on improvement to the facility to increase efficiency by regular training and provision of equipment towards Manpower reduction (employee cost) and reduction in energy cost.
  • Interaction with clients for driving the improvement, upkeep and maintenance of the property, assets and common area.
  • Ensure availability of tools tackles and materials for execution of work by collaborating for indenting and timely PO release.
  • To plan for weekly, fortnightly and monthly training for the building.
  • Adherence to Quality Policy and ensure 100% compliance in Audits as per IMS.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Checklists.
  • Other related works assigned by your Reporting Manager.
