Description
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the property and common areas.- Monitor day to day Maintenance and Operation in the facility which includes House Keeping issues with proper follow up with the Property Manager.
- Manpower Planning, Attendance monitoring and regularization.
- Support in Budget Preparation.
- Clients Interaction.
- Focus on improvement to the facility to increase efficiency by regular training and provision of equipment towards Manpower reduction (employee cost) and reduction in energy cost.
- Interaction with clients for driving the improvement, upkeep and maintenance of the property, assets and common area.
- Ensure availability of tools tackles and materials for execution of work by collaborating for indenting and timely PO release.
- To plan for weekly, fortnightly and monthly training for the building.
- Adherence to Quality Policy and ensure 100% compliance in Audits as per IMS.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures and Checklists.
- Other related works assigned by your Reporting Manager.
