Description
Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including the scheduling and routing of vehicles, drivers, and shipments.

  • Monitor and track the movement of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to negotiate transportation rates, service contracts, and terms of agreement.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national transportation regulations, including licensing, permits, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, such as shipping manifests, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
  • Manage and resolve transportationrelated issues, including delays, damages, and discrepancies, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Evaluate and select transportation service providers based on their performance, capabilities, and costeffectiveness.
  • Monitor transportation costs, identify costsaving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize transportation expenses.

Salary:
₹25, ₹27,760.00 per month

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
