Job Title:
B2B Sales Executive - Edtech


As a B2B Sales Executive - Edtech at UptoSkills, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and industry by facilitating skill development initiatives and fostering meaningful connections between college students and potential employers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Collaborating with Colleges: Forge strong partnerships with colleges and educational institutions to sell uptoskills' skill development programs, workshops, and events.

Placement Assistance: Finding internship and job opportunities by coordinating with industry partners and organizing campus interviews and recruitment events in our associated colleges.

Industry Networking: Cultivate relationships with employers, industry professionals, and recruiters to expand UptoSkills' network and create more opportunities for college students with the collaborations with industries.

Industry visit : Organize industry tours by collaborating colleges and industries.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student placements, feedback, and industry contacts to track progress, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging skill requirements to continuously improve and tailor UptoSkills' offerings to meet the evolving needs of students and employers.


Qualifications:


  • 710 years of proven experience in edtech affairs, college connects, company connects within the edtech sector.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to connect with colleges, industry professionals, and recruiters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate UptoSkills' value proposition effectively.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis, with the ability to utilize technology and tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Passion for skill development and a commitment to empowering students to succeed in their careers.
