Description
We are looking for Tele-callers for a domestic call center who must have good English communication skills.Responsibility:
Providing customer service and support, including answering questions and resolving issues related to products and services
Managing and updating customer databases.
Collecting and reporting on customer feedback
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Requirement and Skills:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service skills.
Solving queries, customer support, and cold calling.
Education:
Any Graduate
