Job Description:


  • The CEO will serve as the center of the organization's professionalism, growth, and transformation.
  • In three to five years, the CEO will develop plans and put them into action to transition the company from one focused on Kerala to one operating throughout all of India.
  • By offering the vision, strategy, leadership, and general management abilities required to develop the business into a major force in its sector, the CEO will add value to the organization.
  • The creation and execution of a strategic plan will be part of this, with the goal of advancing the business's vision, mission, strategies, and objectives as well as fostering revenue growth and profitability.
