Description
Responsibilities:
- To acquire thorough product knowledge of all product range
- To build and develop long term relationship with customers.
- To make followup calls.
- To achieve budgeted sales.
- To collect timely payment from distributors.
- To understand and implement various processes related to sales.
- To give feedback regarding competitors activity in Institutional segment.
- To make and implement tour programme and ensure adequate coverage of assigned territory.
- Plan sales as to capture maximum market share.
- To make genuine and authentic claims in expense statement and to be clear in monetary transaction with distributor and customers.
- To act promptly to resolve any customer query, objection or complaint to achieve customer satisfaction.
- To register company's name as supplier in all Institutes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacy or other related fields, or post graduate in Management with specialization in Marketing would be an added advantage
- 810 years of experience in sales in IVD industry.
- Proven experience in handling government tender business.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Shift:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 6 years (preferred)
