Responsibilities:


  • To acquire thorough product knowledge of all product range
  • To build and develop long term relationship with customers.
  • To make followup calls.
  • To achieve budgeted sales.
  • To collect timely payment from distributors.
  • To understand and implement various processes related to sales.
  • To give feedback regarding competitors activity in Institutional segment.
  • To make and implement tour programme and ensure adequate coverage of assigned territory.
  • Plan sales as to capture maximum market share.
  • To make genuine and authentic claims in expense statement and to be clear in monetary transaction with distributor and customers.
  • To act promptly to resolve any customer query, objection or complaint to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • To register company's name as supplier in all Institutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's Degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, pharmacy or other related fields, or post graduate in Management with specialization in Marketing would be an added advantage
  • 810 years of experience in sales in IVD industry.
  • Proven experience in handling government tender business.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
