Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and online materials.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and market trends.
  • Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

Collaboration and Teamwork:


  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to support business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay:
₹15, ₹34,079.12 per month

  • Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
