Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and online materials.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and market trends.
Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, customer service, and finance, to support business objectives.
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay:
₹15, ₹34,079.12 per month
