Accounts Executive - Rajkot, Gujarat, India - Version systems Pvt. Ltd.
Description
1) Maintaining office petty cash2) Checking day to day bank transactions for all the accounts.
3) Preparing all bank and cash vouchers and liaison
4) Raising Invoices for the Clients
5) Maintaining accounts and storage of files
6) Coordination with auditor and external consultant for relevant matters.
7) Preparing Monthly Income-Expense Report for Management
8) Budgeting Cash Flow projections
9) Preparing Weekly, Monthly Collection reports to be sent to Management.
10) Maintaining all the Client Contracts and Payments
11) Collating all the required documents for all Inward and Outward Remittances and co-coordinating with the bank for the same.
12) Dealing with the entire TDS matters and maintaining and updating TDS statements and following up with the clients for TDS Certificates.
13) Payment follow-ups with the clients.
14) Co-coordinating with Operations team for monthly Invoices processing.
15) Payment of all Utility bills on time.
16) Visiting to Other branch office for Internal Audit or any other required work.
17) Finalization of Accounts/Attending Audit/Inspection/Scrutiny etc.
18) Liaison with Bank or third party for Loan/OD/Documents etc.
19) VAT, CST, Service Tax, TDS, etc all tax payments on time.
