Description

A receptionist is an administrative professional who serves as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and clients in an organization.

They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answering incoming telephone calls, screening and forwarding them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Providing information about the organization, such as its location, services, and general inquiries.

Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Managing the visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges when required.

Assisting with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.

Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.

Proficient in using office equipment, such as a multi-line phone system, printers, and scanners.

Professional appearance and punctuality.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
