Role Objective

To ensure inventory is not wasted and revenue leakage is stopped by regular Pref Flight checks, update Passenger name records of departed flights as per passenger manifest and closing of departed flights.

In addition to the above, to support the Revenue management team by creating and doing the necessary amendments to Passenger Name Records (PNR)

Roles and Responsibilities
a) To conduct thorough pre-flight checks as per schedule provided and clear all unpaid PNRs

b) To update passenger details in PNRs of departed flights as per manifest within 24 hours of departure

c) Regularly update and close departed flights within 24 hours from departure

d) To create group and series PNRs as approved by RM Team

e) Support sales teams by making changes in PNRs that require higher authorisation levels

Level of external interaction:
This position requires Moderate level of external interaction

Education & Experience:
a) Graduate

b) Experience in same field will be prefered, Fresh graduates with good academic record

Desired Special Skills & Knowledge:
a) Excellent Communication skills

English is Mandatory

- Any additional language is preferred

- Numeric & Analytical Skills

- Time management & Multitasking Abilities

Business Understanding:
General understanding of Aviation

Other Requirement (if any): Knowledge of MS-Excel
