Job Description:

Handson Project management experience in automotive domain.
Preparation of Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Coordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting.
Stake holder management
Managing requirements and changes in the project
On time and Quality delivery
Excellent Embedded systems Concepts in Automotive domain
Good understanding of Embedded Software Development in Automotive domain
Adaptive to challenging situations
Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standard
People management Skills
Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward
Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
Hands on experience in Project Management Tools (Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics)
Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals
Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, Clear Case etc)
Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO /ASPICE quality standard
Experience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teams

Qualifications:

BE / BTech / ME / Mtech

Good negotiating and convincing skills
Embedded design and development experience
Awareness of Hardware, Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
Experience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teams
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Additional Information

12+ years of experience, 2 to 3 years of mandatory project management experience
