Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, warm calling, and online research to generate leads.

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company and services, and to identify their real estate needs.

Client Engagement: Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about available properties, current market trends, and relevant services.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.

Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding lead quality, client preferences, and market insights.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
