Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and assistance throughout the treatment process.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, followups, and medical procedures, adhering to prescribed guidelines and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide patients with relevant healthcare information, instructions, and resources to enhance their understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery while maintaining a patientfocused approach.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, offering suitable solutions or escalating issues as needed.

Requirements:


  • B Pharm, D Pharm
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
  • Ability to work night shifts and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Immediate Joiners

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift
