Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design projects on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with design teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with design plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor construction progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure that work meets design standards and project requirements.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed on construction sites.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project files.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members, as appropriate.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design site supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to travel as required.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
