Description
Ensure compliance to Human & Food Safety systems and requirements.

  • Able to Operate and maintain semiautomated production equipment.
  • Set up equipment/machines for proper operation, including installation and disassembly of equipment and parts in conformance to drawing and quality standards.
  • Understand production systems & machinery thoroughly, diagnose sources of failure & downtime.
  • Work with production supervisory staff to maximize uptime by delivering products to the machines on time.
  • Responsible for achieving production goals of cost, efficiency & quality.
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the machines and the surrounding areas.
  • Perform efficient setups, changeovers, and startups within stated operating parameters.
  • Accurately record production performance data in a timely fashion
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make basic repairs along with preventative maintenance tasks as require.
  • Monitor product and packaging quality to assure company and customer standards are met.
  • Expected to proactively identify and implement production improvements in their areas of responsibilities.
  • Perform all quality checks and operate testing equipment as per procedure.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Complete all required daily and weekly cleaning tasks per Master sanitation Schedule.
  • Ensure correct PM are being used and coding is correct along with proper labelling and identification of all materials.
  • Treat coworkers with respect, listen carefully & take time to understand priorities.
  • Maintain facility EH&S and good housekeeping standards as needed.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work within a team environment & independent if required.

  • Train Key Production Associates assigned to the line and/or area.
  • Coordinate/communicate troubleshooting efforts with team members, supervision, quality assurance, and maintenance.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, GMP's, code of safe practices, and SOP's.

₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
