Tele Sales Executive


Job Location:

Job Summary:


As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.

You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, identify new sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
  • Contact potential customers and introduce products/services over the phone
  • Present and explain product/service features, benefits and pricing to customers
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Close sales deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and product/service offerings
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:


  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing).
  • Minimum 6 month Sales experience
  • Experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales will be advantage.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
  • Passion to work in a fastpaced startup.
  • Proven experience as a tele sales executive or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
