EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (EA) TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

Role:
Business Analyst, Strategy, Transformation, Project Management


Reports to:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)


Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience supporting top leadership


Location:
Gurugram / Delhi - ready to relocate

Act as an interface between various departments and the COO's office to ensure smooth communication and execution of various business requirements and initiatives

Be well informed on upcoming commitments, meetings and responsibilities, and prioritizing/responding to issues/concerns addressed to the COO, including sensitive and confidential matters, in a rational manner

Determine appropriate course of actions in line with the COO's expectations, referrals and responses, while dealing with stakeholders

Drive key projects and initiatives on behalf of and in close proximity with the COO and the strategy and transformation office

Data analytics including aggregating and interpreting of qualitative and quantitative data, while synthesizing various elements and insights at the strategic level

Understand profitability drivers such as cost efficiency, brand and product differentiation, customer loyalty, new opportunities and so forth

Comprehend impactors that drive demand and supply, operations, procurement and interdependencies between business verticals, thereby, connect the dots to gain insights into the bigger picture

Support business strategy, business development and transformation initiatives as required

Support in business analysis and market intelligence with the goal of identifying opportunities for business development and new products

Support in identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies

Exhibit a hands-on approach to successfully work on critical deliverables that facilitates the COO to effectively lead the business - such as preparation of business presentations, reports, proposals, business policies, communication and likewise

Generate various management reports, data analysis, tracking and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Planning and organizing various business meetings, periodic events, outbound trainings and workshops

Support and participate in strategic and operational meetings

Preparing meeting agenda, synopsis, plans, and dissemination of information

Compile key meeting points in a systematic manner and circulate to relevant stakeholders for further actions

Tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items/deliverables

MBA in Finance/Operations/General Management preferred

  • Ability to exercise good judgement in various situations, manage stakeholders, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Keen attention for details, techsavvy, good planning and organizing skills
  • Innovative, creative, selfmotivated, resultoriented and communityoriented
  • Comfortable in a fluid, highchange environment
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
Well-versed in quantitative and qualitative business analysis and use of analytical tools such as Excel, power pivots, visualization tools, and PowerPoint presentation


Salary:
₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
