Description
Manage the activities related to Revenue Assurance in the system

  • Closely Coordinating with key business partners to ensure timely booking of revenue
  • Ensure timely validation of prices updated in SAP.
  • Analyze billing errors due to any reasons and work closely with Op Co Team to eliminate billing error.
  • Analyzing and reporting status of pending deliveries and invoice accounting.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing in SAP according to requests within mentioned time frame
  • Perform data profiling and data quality assessment of source systems
  • Must become familiar with varied aspects of pricing conditions that impact invoicing to be able to locate information efficiently about mismatches & troubleshoot in case of errors, related to pricing or taxes etc., in the transactions.
  • Active and Quality support during month end or year end closings. Ensure Internal Control compliance
  • Ensuring defined periodic reporting and timely address issues to avoid wrong invoicing.
  • Ensuring compliance of QA framework and established data governance rules and procedures for all Invoice related data.
  • Adhere to all Internal Controls System & Timely managing all Audit related requirements and actively supporting quality improvement of processes.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and crosstrain within team to serve as a backup
Qualifications

  • 37yrs relevant years of experience
  • Min qualification: Bachelors in Business, Finance, Accounting or finance or commerce.
  • Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
  • Knowledge of Accounting Standard/ Companies Act
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
