We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our [products/services].

You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and prototyping to visual design and implementation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless user experiences across all our digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Analyze user research data and translate it into actionable insights that inform design decisions.

Develop user personas and user flows to map out user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.

Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that bring designs to life.

Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and intuitive to use.

Follow UI/UX design best practices and accessibility guidelines.

Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure designs are technically feasible and consistent with brand guidelines.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain feedback.

Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.

Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Bonus Points:
Experience with mobile app design.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
