Position description:
To ensure plants processes should be as per Quality management system to deliver the Quality Product and meeting customer expectations

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for QC Testing Calibration/ Maintenance.
Responsible for achieving dispatch as per daily plan.
Responsible for on job training to improve product quality.
Responsible for kaizen/gemba/projects/initiatives/technical advancements initiative to improve product quality
Responsible for time to time for submission of CAPA after receipt of internal/ external complaint.
Responsible for customer/ site complaints should be less than 35377 PPM/ AE inprocess) LOC) PPM should be less than 21200
Responsible for ensuring overall quality of Genset
Assembly/ Testing/ Final PDI.
Responsible for Coordination between inter departments for solving the issue.
Responsible for ensuring internal testing of all Genset produced and readiness of scheduled inspection sets
Responsible for maintaining ISO-Documentation.

Educational qualifications preferred
