Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, handle caller inquiries when possible, direct calls as appropriate, and take detailed messages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a
Receptionist,
Front Office Representative, or similar role. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). - Handson experience with office equipment (such as, printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid
written and
verbal communication skills. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent
organizational skills. - Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Pay:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
