Job description:
Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors appropriately, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, handle caller inquiries when possible, direct calls as appropriate, and take detailed messages.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and collating.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Qualifications:

-
High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in office management is a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a
    Receptionist,
    Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Handson experience with office equipment (such as, printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid
    written and
    verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent
    organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.

Pay:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
