Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 1) Daily need to check project status and update the same
2) Project follow up with vendor and with marketing heads

3) Material planning for project and their follow-ups

4) Check the project for approvals if any queries raised then follow up the same.

5) Check the vendors estimate, and release the purchase order and maintain the spreadsheet.

6) Check the invoices and check the queries and follow up for the invoices

7) Working on Whats app marketing campaign

8) All work related to marketing and branding projects

9) Provide dispatch status by whatsapp daily to each and every dealer as per the dispatch slip.

10) Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

General

Strong communication and database management skills.

Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience for immediate appointment.

Vasai East (Residing between Borivali and Virar
