Billing Executive
Reporting to:

Purpose
Ensure IP/OPD billing and receive cash.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Billing for IP and make necessary entries to the software as per the procedure.
- Prepare Bills of all discharged patients for that day as per the charge schedule in the minimum time.
- Make the Final discharge bill after cross checking the entries for the entire period of the patient stay.
- Entering and getting the discounts acknowledged under the respective heads and into the bill.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Resolve billing and chargeability queries raised by the client
- Ensure prompt cash collection for IPD / OPD
- Balances cash by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
- Maintain petty cash and daily collection book.
- Proper handover of cash to the senior accountant with supporting reports.
- Maintain the report and the follow up of individual outstanding post discharge.
- Ensure proper and accurate documentation for all IPD/OPD billing
- Support to develop and prepare periodic MIS reports
- Any other work assigned by Head of the department time to time

Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience:
2 to 3 yrs in Hospital Billing
Salary:
Rs. 9500/- to Rs. 15000/-
Work Timing: 10.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Work Days :
Monday to Sunday ( Saturday will be a Week off)

₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
