Job Title:
Logistics Coordinator - Jewellery Manufacturing

Location:
Trichy

Experience: 5 years in Jewellery Manufacturing Logistics

Salary:
Min 15,000 INR

Responsibilities:


1.


Parcel and Courier Coordination:

  • Oversee the coordination of parcels and couriers within the jewellery manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure proper checking procedures are followed during the sending and receiving of parcels.

2.


Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all outgoing and incoming parcels and couriers.
  • Issue parcels to the concerned person or department with proper documentation.

3.


On-Time Delivery Planning:

  • Develop and implement plans to ensure ontime delivery of parcels and couriers.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline the delivery process.

4.


Quality Control:

  • Conduct thorough checks on parcels to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and quality control teams to address any discrepancies.

5.


Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication between different departments regarding parcel and courier status.
  • Report any delays, damages, or issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.

6.


Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve logisticsrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find solutions to challenges.

7.


Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in the handling of parcels and couriers.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, specifically inthe jewelryy manufacturing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
