Position Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather data on industry trends, market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Design research methodologies, surveys, and data collection instruments to gather relevant information from target audiences.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical analysis tools, databases, and research software.
  • Interpret research findings to identify key insights, trends, opportunities, and threats for the business.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings, recommendations, and implications to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to support strategic decisionmaking and business planning.
  • Monitor and track market developments, competitor activities, and industry news to stay informed about relevant trends and developments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to support product development, marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on emerging research methods, tools, and technologies to continuously improve research capabilities and methodologies.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity in all research activities and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (06 months) in market research, business intelligence, or related field, preferably in a consumerfocused industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience with research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights for nontechnical audiences.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of market research principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
