Required for our Office location:
Niwaru Jhotwara Link Road, Jaipur

  • Searching Tenders Online and identifying prequalification requirements for bid/ Tenders.
  • Experience in Tender preparation/formulation.
  • Attending Reverse Auctions.
  • Processing vendor registration on Govt portals for regular followups in relation to tendering.
  • A good understanding of terms and conditions of Tenders, Prequalification criteria, and Technical Specification.
  • Responsible for tender submission as per the guidelines and ensuring compliances.
  • Experience in product uploading, bidding, and pricing on Govt portal
  • Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering.
  • Sales Coordinators are responsible for Filling Offline & Online tenders.
  • Identify and search for New Clients through online search and inquiries.
  • Responds to any inquiries from the customers.
  • Good knowledge on GEM / Govt portals.
  • Good Technical and Commercial evaluations skills
  • Computer Skills.
