Roles and Responsibilities

Closely work with sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensures all Sales representative have high quality up[1]to-date templates, data, contents and materials support.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are addressed properly

Manage and records all sales inquiries and ensure prompt replies

Preparation of daily reports and data analysis of all inquiries, Identify bottlenecks in the sales process.

Payment Follow-up

Resolving Customer Queries

Preparing Quotations, Invoice, E-waybill

Have experience in working or filling data in Google Sheet

Skills Needed:

Confident and should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated.
Able to work in team and willing to put up to team. Proficiency in MS Office-Word, Excel, PPT, Google sheets.
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Salary:
₹15, ₹28,000.00 per month
