Designation - CRM Executive / Sales Executive

Experience - 1+ telecom, BPO, Hospitality & Staffing industry

Responsibilities for CRM executive

. Support the execution of the CRM strategy, coordinating and executing activity utilizing the full mix of communication channels on offer

email, direct mail and in-order documentation.

. Giving recommendations and communicating the things clearly and accurately back to the business, helping to inform business.

. Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests. . Present data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data

. Provide general administrative assistance to the Director and team

. Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy in junction with the Directors.

. Work closely with the Director on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients.

. Working on recived leads on company site,

. Managing leads with director and arranging meeting with directors and clients.
