Description
Greet the person in an enthusiastic form who is coming to the reception and resolve his/her query.

  • The Front Office Executive will be responsible for attending the incoming calls, responding appropriately, and transferring the calls to the appropriate department.
  • Providing detailed information regarding appointment inquiries over the phone and coordinating with patients and doctors.
  • Proper recording of patient's name number and other necessary details in the software of patients coming for consultation in the hospital and referring the patients for doctor's consultation as per the rules laid down by the hospital.
  • Collection of consultation fees from patients coming for consultation in OPD through the different available sources.
  • Take the prepared invoices from the accounting department of the discharged patients before their discharge and make them clear all the discharge NOC by making the payment as per the invoice to the accounting department.
  • If the patient wants to get services in the department of Sonography, Pathology, Xray, ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, etc. in the hospital, by registering them and taking the fee for the said service, helping the patient to go to the appropriate department or informing the ward boy for help.
  • Apart from the hospital service, if someone wants to meet with the management or doctor, discuss with the said department over the phone and make them wait at the right place and assist them to meet with the concerned person.
  • Accepting couriers and parcels arriving at the hospital. And keeping all its entries in the register. And deliver the parcel or courier to the said person.
  • If a patient has made an appointment but does not come on time, make followup calls to such patients and mention their status in the software or reschedule their appointment in case of need.
  • Updating KYC and photos of patients from the insurance company in software. and helping them to perform the tests recommended by the company.
  • To take note of minor and major servicerelated complaints from patients or their relatives and resolve them Immediately but if you are unable to resolve some complaints then escalate the issue to the next level and inform the management.

Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
