_Responsibilities:
_:
_Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP _
_Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA_
_ _
_Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
_ _
_Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
_ _
_Assist with/perform other team tasks as required._
_ _
_Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
_ _
_Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
_ _
_Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met._
_ _
_Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

_Qualifications:_
_ _
_Graduation in any stream except Technical Graduation & Law_
**_
- **- _
_Essential skills:
_
_Good English Communication (Both written & verbal) _
_Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data _
_Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job_
_ _
_Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service_
_ _
_Ready to work on stretched working hours_
_ _
_Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers_
_ _
_Customer service focus_
_ _
_Basic Computer knowledge & MS Office along with typing speed of 40 words/minute_
_ _
_Insurance knowledge, specifically P&C insurance preferably_

_21:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs ( 9 Hours shift )_

Hafeezpet, Hyderabad_

**_Flexibility & stretch expected heavier on pacific standard time
