Job Title:
Academic Counselor


Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey.
  • Assist students in course selection, academic planning, and goal setting.
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions to address academic concerns and challenges.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop academic support programs.
  • Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to promote academic success.
  • Stay updated on educational policies, requirements, and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in academic advising or counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of educational systems, programs, and resources.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and understanding towards students' diverse backgrounds and needs.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
