Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Upsell and crosssell products to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Effectively communicate product information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Previous retail sales experience of minimum 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in sales and customer service is a plus.

Salary:
₹9, ₹32,651.42 per month
