Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing TECHNICAL / TALLY support to endusers via remote support.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Your role will be to complete new software installations, give demo and training to the particular associates.
- You will also support the existing customers with any general troubleshooting.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
